Kristin Schmoke is a certified parent coach and mom of four, dedicated to helping you simplify the challenges of parenthood while fostering deeper, more meaningful connections with children. With 25 years of experience as a teacher, Kristin has had the unique opportunity to observe child development at every stage, allowing her to refine her approach and better support families. Her education and own experiences navigating the ups and downs of parenting have shaped her perspective, giving her a fresh, empathetic approach to helping parents build stronger, more connected relationships with their kids.

Who is this course for?
Parents and caregivers of children from early childhood through the teen years. The strategies are grounded in connection, communication, and understanding the brain, which makes them relevant for every developmental stage.
What will I learn?
You will learn how to help your child feel heard, seen, and held. Each module explores how presence, communication, and regulation work together to build emotional safety and strengthen your connection at home.

How long does it take?
The course takes about three hours to complete, but you can go at your own pace. You will have lifetime access to revisit lessons whenever you need them.

Can both parents take it?
