It's time for a shift this year

This month's free Community Coaching Conversation is for educators who started the school year already worn thin and feel like they can't slow down.

In one hour together, you'll:
  • Look at everything already piled on this year and name what's actually new versus what you're carrying out of habit
  • See why "I'm fine" is already on autopilot, three weeks in, even when you're running on fumes
  • Leave with one real way to catch your breath this week, before the next hard day hit

What you’ll take away:

A clearer picture of what the reset is actually costing you, and one specific thing you can do differently to hold onto yourself while you're building the new routines.

Founder of Empowerd Educator

Dr. Jen Rafferty is the founder of Empowered Educator and a former middle school music and chorus teacher. She holds a PhD in educational psychology and is certified in emotional intelligence and neuro-identity evolution, work she's shared as a TEDx speaker and Forbes contributor and explores weekly on her podcast, Unlock Your Teaching Potential. She's also the author of The Empowered Educator: 10 Lessons to Prevent Burnout, Reclaim Your Joy, and Unlock Your Teaching Potential (Penguin Random House). After years in the classroom, she built Empowered Educator around a simple belief: the educator has to come first for anything else to hold. Community Coaching Conversations grew out of that same belief, a free space each month where educators can put the mask down and be met, not managed.

Meet this month's Coach

What is a Community Coaching Conversation?

Community Coaching Conversations are live, group-based coaching sessions designed to replace surface-level advice with real understanding, practical support, and shared language.

This isn’t a lecture or a workshop. It isn’t a Q&A free-for-all.
And it definitely isn’t another list of things to try harder at.

This a guided conversation led by an experienced coach where educators learn why something isn’t working and how to respond in ways that actually do.

You've spent weeks pouring into everyone else's new year. Come pour a little back into your own.
