Hi! I'm Jillian.
I’m a lifelong learner and lover of growth with a deep passion for self-discovery and psychology. Before stepping into this work, I spent five years in education, and even though I loved working with students and teachers, I often found myself wondering… is this it? No amount of self-help books, yoga classes, podcasts, or professional development ever fully soothed the stress or quieted the low hum of dread I carried inside.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started learning how to truly evolve. I began redesigning my own mind and for the first time, things clicked. Not because I had more strategies or books to collect dust on the shelf, but because I finally understood how to work with my brain, my body, and my beliefs from the inside out.
That’s how Redesign Your Mind was born. I knew this kind of inner work was something other educators needed too. When Jen invited me to bring this work to Empowered Educator, it felt like the most natural match. It has been such an honor to grow it together ever since.
The biggest shift for me was learning how to accept my true self. Because the truth is, no amount of self-improvement matters if it isn’t paired with self-acceptance. Around here, we sprinkle grace and compassion on everything! We try to laugh a little along the way because this journey doesn’t have to feel so heavy, and it definitely doesn't have to be done alone.
A lot can come up when you commit to growth, and if you’re here… you already have. I’m so glad you made it. Redesign Your Mind was crafted with care to help you shift from the inside out, at a pace and rhythm that honors where you are. If you give yourself to this process, you’ll be amazed at what becomes possible.
